— HOLISTICA —

BOOKINGS —

  • Bookings can be made from 1 day to 21 days in advance.

  • All bookings must be made online through our secure, GDPR compliant and user-friendly booking platform on our website.

  • All bookings require pre-payment of the full cost of treatment in order to secure your appointment slot.

 

Please read our 'Rescheduling' and 'Cancellation' terms carefully before amending your scheduled appointment.

TREATMENT PLANS & SUBSCRIPTIONS —

  • Plans & Subscriptions cannot be renewed or extended, and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

  • Passes, Plans & Subscriptions cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

  • Redeeming the set number of appointments within Treatment Plans & Subscriptions is subject to availability, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

REFERRAL REWARDS —

  • Enjoy 10% OFF any individual treatment session for every friend or family member you refer to HOLISTICA.

  • The Referral Discount can only be redeemed once the referred member has received their treatment.

  • The referral discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

  • The referral discount is only valid for one individual massage treatment and not across 'Treatment Plans & Subscriptions'.

  • The referral discount code will be valid for 30 days only.

  • To receive your referral discount code please get in touch via the contact form on our website.

  • To ensure you receive your referral discount, kindly request the referred individual to provide your full name when completing the Client Intake Form.

GIFT CARDS —

  • Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from issue date.

  • Gift cards cannot be renewed, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

  • Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, but can be used to purchase 'Treatment Plans & Subscriptions'.

  • Gift Cards bookings are subject to availability.  So please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Gift cards are issued digitally via email to the address provided at the time of purchase and on the date specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference.

  • The purchaser is responsible for correctly addressing the gift cards. HOLISTICA will not be liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a gift card sent via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, deleted by the gift recipient or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser.

RESCHEDULES —

HOLISTICA operates a strict 48 Hour Reschedule Policy:

  • Appointments that are rescheduled within the 48 hour period of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of £20 per reschedule, regardless of the treatment cost.

  • Appointments will be rescheduled subject to availability.

 

Understandably, there will be exceptions and HOLISTICA shall use their discretion in these instances.

CANCELLATIONS —

HOLISTICA operates a strict 48 Hour Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments that are cancelled within the 48 hour period of the scheduled appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

  • Appointments missed without notice ('No-Shows') or cancelled due to late attendance by more than 10 minutes, will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

  • Late attendance will result in reduced treatment time.

Understandably, there will be exceptions and HOLISTICA shall use their discretion in these instances.

REFUNDS —

  • If you cancel your appointment outside the 48 hour period before your scheduled appointment time, HOLISTICA shall provide a refund via the same payment method used at the time of booking.

  • HOLISTICA cannot offer refunds once your consultation and/or treatment has begun. This applies to both massage treatments and bespoke aromatherapy blends consultations. We shall, however, endeavour to improve upon any service, if in the rare instance you are unhappy with the treatment you have received.

  • HOLISTICA cannot offer refunds on Gift Cards and Vouchers.

  • HOLISTICA cannot offer refunds on 'Treatment Plans & Subscriptions' that are paid for using GIft Cards, Promotional Codes or Referral Discounts, and that have either expired or been wholly or partially redeemed, whichever is applicable.
